Pastor

Rev. Jonathan P. Priest

Pastor Priest has served at St. John's since his graduation from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO in 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Martin Luther High School. In addition, he also serves as the Vice President for Region 3 of the Atlantic District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Deacon June Braun

June Braun has served in various capacities at St. John's since the 1960's. She is a commissioned Deacon in the Atlantic District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. In addition she has completed all requirements for the Clinical Pastoral Education Program and serves as a volunteer chaplain in institutions throughout New York city.

Church Organist & Choir Director

Amanda Husberg

Amanda Husberg has been Director of Music at St. John the Evangelist Lutheran Church since the 1960's. She has over 100 hymns published in various hymnals and supplements in the U.S., Canada, and Brazil including the most recent hymnal published by the LCMS.
